Managing conflict in today’s newsroom is an initiative of the Aga Khan University’s Graduate School of Media and Communications (AKU-GSMC) and Konrad Adenauer Stiftung’s Regional Media Programme for Sub-Saharan Africa. This is a five-day course aimed at giving news managers the ability to resolve workplace conflict and disagreement to lead effectively. The training will take place between 1-7 December 2024 at the Aga Khan University, Graduate School of Media and Communications, Nairobi, Kenya.
